Silanes as a strategic partner

We have successfully established long-term partnerships with leading pharmaceutical companies around the world under licensing and distribution agreements.

We seek innovative drugs for CNS, diabetes, and respiratory therapy. The drugs should be in phase 3 or already marketed globally, with rights available for Mexico. We welcome drugs with radical innovation or incremental innovation, such as fixed-dose combinations and improved dosage forms, to offer value-added benefits to patients and physicians.
We aim to expand our network of global partners and grant commercialization rights to our innovative portfolio and pipeline with the goal of further increasing our reach in markets including Europe, Asia, Latin America, and Africa. We take pride in forging strategic alliances with partners who share our passion for innovation, vision for growth, and commitment to improving the quality of life.
Our strategy for growth and diversification involves mergers and acquisitions to expand our market positioning. We are currently seeking to acquire a small, innovative pharmaceutical company with current sales in the United States, as well as mature brands in Mexico within the CNS, Diabetes, and Respiratory Therapy therapies.
