CLINICAL STUDIES

Designed to establish the safety and efficacy of the products we develop, sell and patent with the highest quality standards.

National Net of Toxicology

Laboratorios Silanes and the Bioclon Institute created the First National Network of Centers for the Control and Treatment of Poisoning by Poisonous Animals in order to advise the medical community on the treatments they should use to provide timely care and Suitable for patients bitten or stung by a poisonous animal.

Molecular biology laboratory

Silanes has a Molecular Biology laboratory, where techniques are implemented to develop recombinant proteins, serving the Antivenoms and Diagnostics areas, in order to ensure the supply of sufficient antigens and antibodies for the manufacture of products.

Molecular diagnosis

Through collaboration agreements with different public and private health organizations, Silanes ventures into the area of genomics, mainly in the identification of genes among the Mexican population, in order to predict the risk of contracting diseases such as diabetes, arterial hypertension and obesity.

Proteomics

In Silanes, hard work is being done to configure an infrastructure that faces the challenges of future science, such as the use of proteomics, through which disease markers with high diagnostic and therapeutic power will be described and characterized.
