Silanes as a strategic partner

We have successfully established long-term partnerships with leading pharmaceutical companies around the world under licensing and distribution agreements.

We are looking for innovative medicines in CNS, diabetes and respiratory therapy, that are in phase 3 or already marketed in some part of the world and whose rights are available for Mexico. We are open to radically innovative medicines, as well as incremental innovation (fixed-dose combinations, improved dosage forms, etc.), to offer value-added benefits to patients and their physicians.
We are interested in expanding our network of international partners to grant commercialization rights on our portfolio and innovative pipeline, in order to extend our presence in markets such as: Europe, Asia, Latin America and Africa. We are proud to consolidate alliances with strategic partners who share our passion for innovation, vision of growth and mission to make life a healthy story.
Our growth and diversification strategy includes Mergers and Acquisitions operations to extend our position in the market. We are seeking the acquisition of an innovative small pharmaceutical company that has current sales in the US, as well as the acquisition of mature brands in Mexico within CNS, Diabetes and Respiratory Therapy.
